Challenge
To bring the offline mutual fund investment process for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) into the digital age, while ensuring all necessary information is collected without overwhelming the user.
Solution
UX – We streamlined the entire investment process for different types of SMEs and condensed the number of steps required to complete the onboarding process. We created user-cantered designs and conducted user testing to ensure an optimal user experience. High-fidelity designs were then developed for a seamless user experience.
UI – We employed a minimalist design approach and crafted an intuitive user experience that guides users through the process with ease and confidence.
Development – We selected the appropriate technology to meet the project requirements, studied the existing software infrastructure, and integrated our application. We used the Angular framework for UI development, developed a robust UI architecture, and implemented industry-standard code to ensure a smooth and efficient process. We developed various modules to classify user groups, capture signatures, verify OTPs, and upload supporting documents.
Result
The project was completed within 90 days and we successfully integrated our application with the current system, making the investment process for SMEs more accessible and user-friendly than ever before.
